Indonesian Writer Asma Nadia, Hijab Traveler, FLP Commission for Palestine, Coger Chez Ilhan and colleagues from Warna Pictures Home Production traveled to Lebanon on humanitarian journey to visit a Palestinian refugee camp. The humanitarian journey to Lebanon of Asma Nadia and her team, in collaboration with the Khair Way Foundation, began on December 25, 2022 and will end on January 4, 2022.

Palestine still needs and will continue to need our help today. There are 210,000 refugees in 12 refugee camps in Lebanon.
According to UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, 60% of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon lack food because of high food and medicine prices.

There are also a shortages of water and electricity in refugee camps, and 1,200 Palestinian refugee children have dropped out of school due to a lack of funds.

Hopefully, this humanitarian journey will build a bond of goodwill between the peoples of Indonesia and Palestine, and for all mankind.
