In addition to Islamic education activities, which is our main field of work, Khair Way Foundation (HYD), which carries out humanitarian aid activities in countries and regions with poverty, in regions where the effects of war continue, and in disaster areas, also shows its sensitivity in the sector regarding the security of personal data. With this awareness, the special and general personal data of our visitors in all kinds of media are in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the secondary regulations (regulation, notification, circular) that have been put into force and will be put into effect in accordance with the Law, and the binding Personal Data Protection Board. We attach great importance to processing, preserving and deleting data in accordance with the decisions to be taken. As Khair Way Foundation (HYD), we have prepared this clarification text in order to inform you about the personal data we process within the scope of our activities for our purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant legislation. Aware of our responsibility, we process your personal data as "Data Controller" as defined in the Law, as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Within the scope of the purposes listed above, your personal data may be transferred to real and legal persons permitted by the legislation, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, when necessary, to other authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial and administrative judicial authorities, law enforcement officers, with whom we have a business relationship. It can be transferred to institutions and organizations, authorities and relevant ministries related to education and humanitarian aid activities, humanitarian aid associations with the same purpose with which they operate jointly, project partners and outsourced consultancy, technology and education companies.

 

METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by natural or legal entities authorized by HYD that process data, through automatic and non-automatic methods such as e-mail, telephone, website, various contracts, forms and minutes kept in paper form.

Special and general personal data specified in the table above are processed in accordance with paragraphs 2/a-c-ç-e-f of Article 5 and paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Law, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms and based on the legal reason of HYD's legitimate interests. .

Apart from the data types listed above, your general and private personal data such as association and foundation membership of volunteers, membership information of non-governmental organizations and social media account information will be collected and processed with your explicit consent within the scope of Articles 5/1 and 6/2 of the Law. In this sense, the express consent text signed by you will be an integral part of the disclosure text.

RIGHTS OF DATA OWNERS UNDER THE LAW
You can apply to the Charity Road Association at any time as stated on our website and share your personal data;

You can find out whether it has been processed, the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose, and if it has been processed, you can request information about it,
You can learn about third parties with whom your information is shared at home and abroad in accordance with the law,
If you think your information has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you may request correction.
You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
You may request that your requests specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) be notified to third parties to whom your information has been transferred and that they carry out the same transactions.
If your application for these purposes requires an additional cost, you will be required to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. If a written response is given to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and a processing fee of 1 TL will be charged for each page over 10 (ten) pages. If the answer to your application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium.

Your requests in your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

To benefit from your rights under the law, you can submit your applications in writing to the Khair Way Foundation, provided that it is in Turkish, and you can visit the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority to get detailed information.

In your application containing your explanations regarding the rights you have as a personal data owner and request to use, to exercise your rights mentioned above; If the matter you request is clear and understandable, if the matter you request relates to you personally or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to submit your special power of attorney certified by a notary.

In your applications, name-surname, signature, T.R. It is mandatory to have the requested elements such as identity number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Applications that do not contain the mentioned elements will be rejected by the Khair Way Foundation.

Khair Way Foundation reserves the right to make changes in this clarification text at all times for reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations and Board decisions.
