With the occasion of Eid al-Adha, which comes during these difficult economic circumstances in many Arabic and Islamic countries, Al-Khair Way Foundation is preparing to launch and implement the Qurbani Project for the year 2020 targeting needy families.
Mr. Muzaffar Siyahoglu, chairman of Al-Khair Way Foundation’s board of directors, said that the Qurbani Project for the year 2020 targets Palestine (Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza Strip), Turkey, and Syria.
Mr. Siyahoglu asserted that the project targets 10,000 needy families, orphans, and people with disabilities.
He explained that this project comes during a collapse of the economic situation due to the Israeli sever blockade and occupation of the Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian territories. Moreover, Coronavirus pandemic has caused instability and increased unemployment all over the world, especially among needy families in Turkey and Syria.
Mr, Siyahoglu asserted that the foundation’s sense of moral responsibility obliges it to support those who defend on behalf of the whole by defending Palestine.
The projects launched and carried out by the foundation aim to support the infrastructures to improve the lives of the poor in the areas in need. This helps improve the conditions of those in need, especially in the poorest and most troubled environments.
Al-Khair Way Foundation -based in Istanbul- is a charitable foundation that seeks to facilitate the arrival of donations from benefactors to those in need in the easiest and shortest way.
